Installation
We take pride in the highest quality installations possible. Our team of craftsmen work meticulously through every detail to install your fenestration system with the best methods possible. Our level of thoughtfulness, from structural integrity, to thermal performance and water/air sealing is second to none. We use the highest quality materials possible, most of which are sourced from the same region of origin as the windows we install to ensure compatibility and longevity of the installed condition. Our team has extensive experience with tilt-turn units, lift-slide units, breezepanel doors, site-glazing, and maneuvering glass in excess of 1000 lbs. You are making a significant investment in quality windows and doors that will last generations; we will make sure the installation does the same.

Weather-proofing
There are a myriad of options available when it comes to window/door configurations, and the materials used to make sure your house stays airtight and dry. We are familiar with multiple products for weather-barriers, window flashings, sill pans, membranes, liquid flashing, peel and stick tapes, and sealants. We will ideally review your installation details before the framing begins to make sure all the material selections will integrate properly, and that a continuous air-barrier is in place. We use only the best tapes and sealants (Siga, Proclima, Prosoco, etc…) to waterproof the substrate prior to install, and to connect your windows and doors to the air barrier and weather barrier of the house, ensuring a waterproof and vapor permeable condition that will withstand nature and time.

Follow up and Troubleshooting
Let’s be honest, shit happens… A container full of windows can get stuck in a canal, or water-logged at sea, maybe yanked around by a large forklift at the port. Hell, pirates might break a piece of glass just for fun. Perhaps a rock from a weed-eater or baseball from the neighbors’ kid breaks a piece of triple pane European glass. Accidents can and do happen, and sometimes things break or show up incorrectly in the container. We have a working relationship with most of the window manufacturers we install and can help identify and expedite replacement or missing parts. Houses settle over time and hardware might need to be adjusted (a massive benefit of high-performance windows and doors). We have extensive knowledge and experience with a multitude of different hardware systems and can get your units functioning and performing as they should again.
